The purpose of this tableware is to connect users through a versatile tableware, approaching the ritual and tradition of sushi, quickly exchanging food between participants, at home or in a restaurant. I worked from three cultures of different times, where I saved the concepts; Rebirth, dedication and exchange. Next, I analyzed three dynamics of the use of SUSHI in different parts of the world, traditional and modern. I chose the concepts of; Agility, practicality and celebration to create my new interactions and consumer dynamics. I arrived at this formal result based on simplicity, catametry, complement, sequencing, multidirectionality, integration and closed system.
